Insurance coverage is a legal requirement for all athletes participating in watersports activities at the reservoirs under the Water Development Department. The obligation for insurance coverage is expressly set out in Regulation 11(a) of the Water Management (Use of Water Reservoirs for Water Sports) Regulations of 2020 (C.D.P. 310/2020).

 

The group insurance policy will cover Dragon Boat activities conducted at sea in addition to those taking place at the reservoirs.  To be part of the Group Insurance Fill Out your details using the first  form below and Sumit it.

Athletes who already have private insurance that specifically covers Dragon Boat activities, may opt out of the group policy by signing the waiver linked here confirming that they have adequate personal coverage and uploading it back to us, using the second Form below.
