The Raging Mouflons Executive Committee is opening a new executive position within our committee: BCP (Breast Cancer Paddlers) Representative for Cyprus.

This role is for someone who will actively represent and support the Breast Cancer Paddlers community in Cyprus, strengthen our connection with our local partner Europa Donna, and help expand our outreach and impact through:

• Community awareness & advocacy (blog writing, local newspaper interviews, podcasts)

• Strong local engagement and collaboration with relevant organisations

• Acting as our link with the International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission

• Building bonds abroad with sister communities and teams

• Supporting the development of an Erasmus project, with the goal of enabling possible funded trips abroad for our local community

If you are creative, energetic, organised, and have the time and willingness to lead by example, we would be happy to welcome you into our committee to take ownership of this meaningful mission.

You do not need to be a breast cancer survivor to apply—if you are empathetic, committed, and aligned with the purpose, you still qualify for this role.

Η Εκτελεστική Επιτροπή των Raging Mouflons προχωρά με μία ανοικτή θέσης εντός της Επιτροπής: Εκπρόσωπος BCP (Breast Cancer Paddlers) για την Κύπρο.

Ο ρόλος αυτός απευθύνεται σε άτομο που θα εκπροσωπεί ενεργά την κοινότητα Breast Cancer Paddlers στην Κύπρο, θα ενισχύσει τη συνεργασία μας με τον τοπικό μας φορέα Europa Donna, και θα βοηθήσει ουσιαστικά στην ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση της κοινωνίας μέσα από:

• Δράσεις ενημέρωσης & ευαισθητοποίησης (αρθρογραφία/blog, συνεντεύξεις σε τοπικές εφημερίδες, podcasts)

• Ενεργή επαφή με την τοπική κοινότητα και συνεργασίες με σχετικούς οργανισμούς

• Ρόλο συνδέσμου με την International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission

• Δημιουργία δεσμών στο εξωτερικό με αντίστοιχες ομάδες/κοινότητες

• Υποστήριξη για την έναρξη ενός Erasmus project, με στόχο πιθανές χρηματοδοτούμενες αποστολές/ταξίδια στο εξωτερικό για την τοπική μας κοινότητα

Αν είσαι δημιουργικός/ή, ενεργητικός/ή, οργανωτικός/ή, και έχεις τον χρόνο και τη διάθεση να ηγηθείς με το παράδειγμά σου σε αυτή τη σημαντική αποστολή, θα χαρούμε να σε καλωσορίσουμε στην Επιτροπή μας.

Δεν είναι απαραίτητο να έχεις προσωπική εμπειρία καρκίνου του μαστού—ακόμη κι αν δεν είσαι BC, εφόσον διαθέτεις ενσυναίσθηση, συνέπεια και πίστη στον σκοπό, μπορείς να αναλάβεις τον ρόλο.
